Welcome Back

VLC strengthens its transport modelling capabilities by welcoming back Kean Ch'ng to the Melbourne team. Kean returned to his country of birth Malaysia in 2006 and got married in 2008. In 2009 he and his wife returned to Melbourne where they have chosen to settle. We welcome Kean back to VLC Melbourne and trust he will enjoy the new challenges offered by the type of work we are presently undertaking with the Melbourne Metro project.
