Mango Hill State Controlled Road Contributions

In this study VLC was commissioned to develop the basis for a State Controlled Road Development Agreement for the proposed new Mango Hill development.

An innovative approach was developed around VLC's conceptual methodology for assessing the profile of investment needed to provide Mango Hill with State Controlled Road capacity under different development scenarios.

The overall approach was transparent, simple in its concept and easily analysed under varying policy/investment/ownership frameworks.
