Gold Coast Public Transport Study

Following the successful completion of the Gold Coast Bus Passenger Survey, VLC's commission was extended to include a comprehensive review of Gold Coast public transport operations. The review included route structure and service planning, operating practices, service scheduling, costing analysis as well as recommendations with respect to operator franchises.

In addition to generating short to medium term system improvement initiatives, the study also considered integration of services with the proposed Brisbane Gold Coast rail link and the Gold Coast Mono Rail.
