Road Development Contributions Studies

Veitch Lister Consulting has been involved in developing the conceptual and analytical framework for preparing road development contribution schemes since 1989, with active involvement in major and minor scheme development legislation in both New South Wales (Section 94 of EP&A Act), and in Queensland.

Policy positions were prepared for NSW Department of Housing, for Tweed shire Council, a draft policy for Queensland Transport and local area policies for a number of local governments.

RDC software was specifically developed by VLC for application to area wide land use and transport planning schemes, and schemes developed for:

• NSW Department of Housing,
• Tweed shire Council and Lower Tweed,
• Tweed shire council and Rural Coastal Villages,
• Tweed Shire, whole of shire strategy,
• Gold Coast City Council,
• Ipswich City Council,
• Pine Rivers Shire Council,
• Whitsunday Shire Council.
